Magnus Power MKII – now with enhanced shielding

Magnus Power MKII builds upon the success of the original model with the addition of a second Aluminium/Mylar shield beneath the main OFC copper braid. This improvement further enhances protection against EMI/RFI interference while preserving the cable's outstanding value and performance.

Substance and Quality

Magnus Power MKII incorporates technologies derived from the Dedalus series, providing an excellent starting point for high-end power delivery. It features 4.3 mm² 7N MARC (Multicore Annealed Ricable Conductor) copper conductors with 0.10 mm strands, offering significantly improved electrical transmission compared to conventional OFC copper conductors.

Premium Connectors

The cable is terminated with Ricable's proprietary connectors featuring pure copper contacts, a monobloc alloy body machined from solid billet, integrated ferrite filtering, and a dedicated Gold/Copper electroplating process with 24K gold plating. These connectors provide significantly better electrical performance than conventional brass alternatives.

Effective Protection

The combination of dual shielding, R-TEC insulation technology and high-purity conductors helps minimise external interference and ensures stable, clean power delivery to high-quality Hi-Fi electronics.
