Pro-Ject Debut Reference 10 Turntable

Pro-Ject Debut Reference 10 continues the tradition of the Debut series, combining decades of analogue audio expertise with advanced design, high-quality materials and precision craftsmanship.

The turntable features a 300 mm acrylic platter, precision-machined aluminium sub-platter and electronically controlled belt-drive system. A dedicated DC/AC power generator creates a completely new sine wave for the motor, resulting in cleaner power and enhanced speed stability.

The Debut Reference 10 is equipped with a 10-inch one-piece carbon-aluminium tonearm and Pick it PRO B cartridge. Full VTA and azimuth adjustment allows precise cartridge alignment, while the True Balanced mini XLR output enables balanced signal transmission with a compatible phono preamplifier.

Acrylic Platter and Aluminium Sub-Platter

The Debut Reference 10 features a 300 mm acrylic platter, providing a resonance-free platform for vinyl records and reliable performance.

Beneath the main platter is a diamond-cut aluminium sub-platter. Aluminium allows significantly improved machining tolerances compared with plastic alternatives, contributing to the precision of the turntable's drive system.

Clean Power and Enhanced Speed Stability

A dedicated DC/AC power generator creates a completely clean new sine wave for the motor. This provides clean power and results in enhanced speed stability.

33 and 45 RPM speeds can be selected electronically using the switch on top of the turntable. The included additional round belt also enables playback of 78 RPM records.

10-Inch Carbon-Aluminium Tonearm

The Debut Reference 10 is equipped with a 10-inch one-piece carbon-aluminium tonearm, combining two materials in a single tonearm construction.

The tonearm offers full adjustment for both azimuth and Vertical Tracking Angle (VTA). By loosening two grub screws, the tonearm height can be continuously adjusted to accommodate different cartridge heights or turntable mats.

Pick it PRO B and True Balanced Connection

The turntable comes equipped with the Pick it PRO B cartridge, a revised version of the Pick it PRO that enables True Balanced signal transmission.

The Debut Reference 10 provides both a True Balanced mini XLR output and an additional RCA phono output. Using a mini XLR cable, the turntable can be connected to a compatible Pro-Ject True Balanced phono preamplifier for balanced signal transmission.

Height-Adjustable Damped Aluminium Feet

Three height-adjustable damped aluminium feet provide a stable platform and allow the turntable to be properly levelled. Their damped construction also significantly reduces the risk of acoustical feedback.

Precision Finish and European Manufacturing

The aluminium components of the Debut Reference 10 are finished using a precise diamond-cut process, giving them clean edges and a refined appearance.

The turntable is made in Europe by technicians, engineers and designers with decades of experience in analogue audio engineering and manufacturing.
