DALI RUBIKORE 2 Stand-Mount Speakers

DALI RUBIKORE 2 is a compact stand-mount speaker designed for high-quality stereo and home theatre systems in small to medium-sized listening spaces. Its two-way configuration combines a 6½-inch paper and wood-fibre Clarity Cone™ Technology SMC bass/midrange driver with a 29 mm low-loss soft-dome tweeter.

Inspired by technologies developed for DALI KORE, RUBIKORE 2 incorporates Clarity Cone™ Technology, an SMC™ magnet system, a new low-loss tweeter design and Continuous-Flare bass reflex technology within a compact cabinet. RUBIKORE 2 is designed, developed and manufactured in Denmark.

6½″ Clarity Cone™ Technology SMC Driver

RUBIKORE 2 features a 6½-inch paper and wood-fibre bass/midrange driver incorporating DALI's Clarity Cone™ Technology. The technology draws on experience gained through the development of DALI KORE.

The geometric surface structure of the Clarity Cone™ diaphragm is designed to help control its resonant behaviour. Together with DALI's SMC™ technology, the driver is engineered for low-loss, detailed and wide-dispersion sound reproduction.

SMC™ Technology

The bass/midrange driver magnet system incorporates DALI's Soft Magnetic Compound (SMC™) technology. SMC™ combines magnetic properties with very low electrical conductivity.

Its use within the magnet system is designed to reduce loss and distortion mechanisms associated with conventional designs and contribute to more linear driver behaviour.

29 mm Low-Loss Soft-Dome Tweeter

High frequencies are reproduced by a 29 mm soft-dome tweeter. Its new low-loss design is ferrofluid-free and engineered to minimise mechanical losses.

The tweeter is designed to deliver detailed high-frequency reproduction with wide dispersion. Unlike the larger RUBIKORE floorstanding models, RUBIKORE 2 uses a single soft-dome tweeter rather than the DALI Hybrid Tweeter module.

Continuous-Flare Bass Reflex System

RUBIKORE 2 incorporates DALI's Continuous-Flare bass reflex technology. The port geometry is designed with a continuously varying diameter and flare to promote smooth airflow through the entire port.

Working with the 6½-inch bass/midrange driver, the system enables the compact RUBIKORE 2 to extend its low-frequency response down to 50 Hz.

Compact and Rigid Cabinet

The RUBIKORE 2 cabinet reflects DALI's tradition of Danish furniture design and cabinet construction. Internal bracing provides a rigid platform for the electro-acoustic system.

Its compact stand-mount format makes RUBIKORE 2 easy to integrate into smaller listening environments while retaining the key technologies of the RUBIKORE Series.

For Stereo and Home Theatre

DALI RUBIKORE 2 can serve as the main loudspeakers in a compact stereo system or as part of a complete RUBIKORE-based home theatre installation.

Like the other RUBIKORE models, RUBIKORE 2 is designed, developed and manufactured at DALI's facilities in Denmark.
